EU says may decide on Russian oil product price limit soon

BRUSSELS, Jan 26 (PRIME) -- The E.U. can make a statement on a limit on Russian oil product prices in a few days, a spokesperson for the European Commission said on Thursday.

"Discussions with the G7 partners and the (E.U.) member-states on introduction of a limit of the prices for these goods continue… Please, track the announcements we can make on the topic in a few days," the spokesperson said.

The U.S. Department of Treasury earlier limited prices on the oil products traded at a premium to oil prices and on the goods traded at a discount.
